Effective July 16, 2026. This policy explains how Yellow Hat Construction Inc. handles information collected through this website, connected forms, phone calls, email, appointment tools, and its text messaging program.
1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, project location, project description, appointment preferences, communications, consent choices, and information you voluntarily provide. Website and service providers may also collect device, browser, IP address, referring page, cookie, and interaction data needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.

- Schedule, confirm, and manage estimates and appointments.
- Prepare proposals and provide requested remodeling services.

Except for aggregators and text-message service providers needed to deliver the program, that information will not be disclosed to any third party.
